We use high-quality materials including 18ct gold plating on recycled sterling silver, solid 9ct and 18ct gold, and ethically sourced gemstones and diamonds.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Standard UK delivery typically takes 2-3 working days. International shipping times vary by location, usually ranging from 5-10 working days depending on the selected service.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless faulty.
Do you offer a warranty on your pieces?
Yes, all Maya Magal jewelry comes with a 1-year warranty covering any manufacturing defects. This does not cover accidental damage or general wear and tear.
Can I get my jewelry resized?
We offer resizing services for many of our rings. Please contact our customer care team or visit one of our London boutiques to discuss specific resizing requirements.
